PDCA cycle consists of four phases

Also known as the Deming Cycle PDCA cycle, is an American quality control expert Deming first proposed, initially for total quality management. PDCA cycle consists of four phases: planning (Plan), execute (Do), check (Check), processing (Act); eight steps: analyze the situation to identify problems, analyze various factors, identify the key factors to  abrasive grinding  , planning, implementation of the action plan to develop, test results, standardization, the legacy of a PDCA cycle to the next question.
