Exploitation of underground resources are facing more and more difficult mining conditions, the status of mining deeper strata

The emergence of underground drilling technology resources are constantly being mined. Currently, the exploitation of underground resources are facing more and more difficult mining conditions and mining deeper strata conditions. So difficult mining  Diamond blade  not only reduce drilling efficiency, reduce service life, even destroy the drill bit. Under such adverse geological conditions,  Synthetic diamond PDC bit is not applicable. Therefore, in complex geological conditions, how to improve productivity and increase the bit extraction become a new issue in the field of drilling. In this paper, drilling technology and bionics theory, combined with PDC bit design theory and techniques are discussed.
